  • A Month Of Sundays: A Directing Class Project One Act Play. Gibryl played Nickel, a traveling countryman in a romantic chaos.

  • Hooded or Being Black for Dummies: A Student Driven Project, where Gibryl Co-Directed, Set designed, and starred in. Gibryl’s first time directing a full length play.

  • Brother From Another Mother: Gibryl’s Directing Class project, where brothers learn to accept each others identity.

  • John Proctor Is the Villain: A CU main stage where Gibryl plays supporting character Mason, in a scandalous high-school.

  • Post Audition: During the virtual series, Gibryl plays Dante, a high-schooler in a racial misunderstanding.

  • Everybody: In this main stage CU play of triple casting and randomized roles, Gibryl played a “somebody”.

  • Remembered: A play written specifically for the graveyard it was performed in. The audience tours the graveyard for short stories. Gibryl played Jamie, coming to terms with his death, and a tour guide.

  • Stubble: A Directing Class Project comedy, and Gibryl’s first performance at CU. He played Dan, a high school teacher during prom night.

Coatesville Cultural Society

Wingate Hall: In a CCS classic, Gibryl played supporting character Ginger, a worker bee for the baas. This was one of Gibryl’s first time onstage.

King John - In king John Gibryl played the messenger Melun.

Antigone - In this rendition of Antigone, the CCS taps deeply into the idea and practice of the chorus. Gibryl plays one of the choral members.

Shylock - The merchant of Venice has a new twist from Shylocks point of view. Gibryl plays Aarragon.

Lyrics of Love and Laughter - Gibryl played as an ensemble member who reenacted Paul Lawrence Dunbar’s poetry. A fan favorite of the Coatesville Cultural Society.

Shots Fired - In this short dark comedy, Gibryl played Booker, a man who made a huge mistake.
